Customer registration & activation
With very first order customers need to register and activate their accounts in Portal car.access.skoda-auto.com. Once registration is done, they can shop on any of the partner's e-shops which allow In-car delivery.
Safe order delivery through remote car access
Your trained couriers will receive information about GPS location of car and additional information about car specification to make delivery to the trunks of Škoda cars as easy as possible.
Convenient delivery pick-up
Customers can save time as the packages are safely delivered into their vehicle with the option to choose between same or different day delivery. Furthermore we can offer them the possibility to choose in between different time slots during the day.

Is it safe for customers?
Couriers will be trained how to manipulate with trunk and there are also some automatic safety precautions - 2 minutes time frame after which the car will self-lock.
What is the reliability of your solution?

How will courier recognise the car?
We can provide GPS location, name of car, color and license plate number. Additionally, you can flash the lights or honk horn to help identify the vehicle.
Are there any other use cases?
Couriers can also pick-up deliveries from trunks, together we can provide to customers possibility to return packages to e-shops or send packages between each other. From technical point of view, there is no difference.
